"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "

"It's a little bit tired to be honest. The room was spacious and reasonably well equipped. But, the towel rail did not work and the heating system was a bit iffy, so getting the right temperature was a bit of a trial; and the first day was pretty chilly. The bathroom was odd as it was designed like a wet room, but the water did not like to drain into the shower area, so feet got wet every time I went into the bathroom - the water just laying there. "We booked this very last minute due to being evacuated due to the forest fires in Landes. The owner was super helpful and the house was perfect for 10 of us. There were 4 great bedrooms and each room had king and single beds. More than enough space for us all. The pool, and games, trampoline etc outside were great for the kids to play. Would highly recommend."
