Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
Only real complaint was no rubber mat for the shower.it was very slippery and so we used a hand towel for safety

Hidden Ridge Resort
Room smelled very smoky when entering but opened the window and all was good. Hot tub was like warm at best - this was most disappointing Overall, this is still our favorite vacation property in Banff and will return
