Shower was going from freezing cold to scalding hot . Staff not very friendly. Drink prices very high compared to similar hotels . €8.50 for pint bottle of Bulmers is ridiculous.

The presidential suite was amazing. Spotless clean comfortable warm An amazing comfy bed and what a shower and a stand alone bath. The food was excellent and the cocktails to die for. The staff were all very attentive smiling and friendly.

The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful.
