"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Latroupe Grand Place

Latroupe Grand Place

10/10 Excellent
"I had a really great stay at La Troupe Grand Place. The location was amazing, super easy to walk to all the main attractions, and Brussels-Zuid train station is only 20 minutes away. I stayed in a 4-person mixed dorm room and it was ideal for my two day visit. Everything is beautifully clean and the shower was the best I’ve ever had in a hostel! You have a curtain to pull over your bed for privacy as well as your own light and charging ports. The bed was very comfy and spacious. As a woman sharing the room with three men, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, everyone was very respectful of each other in terms of noise and lights etc. All the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful; for example I needed to print a train ticket and it was no problem at all. They also recommended me events that were happening in the hostel and good places to eat nearby. Not negatives but just a couple of things to be aware of: it’s 3 euros to rent a towel and there is a luggage storage but you also need to pay for this. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I would definitely stay here or at one of your other locations again!"
