The biggest problem was very poor communication from management about the true status of services. We arrived by train, and there was no taxi or bus service. "We had a fantastic stay at The beautiful Porta Soprana. The room was fantastic and spacious, very clean. Lovely plentiful and delicious breakfasts were provided each morning and in the evening we enjoyed a wonderful meal on their terrace. Very much recommend."
