"Stayed at The Red Caboose Motel in July 2025. I have stayed at this establishment a number of times since 2016. I was assigned to the New Haven Caboose which is one of several Cabooses that received fresh exterior paint last year. Room interior was comfortable with two wall unit A/C units which kept the room cool. Room also featured Cable flat screen TV, coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. I dined at the on-site Casey Jones Restaurant and had a good dinner. The Motel is having free concerts during the Summer on Thursday evenings at the on-site Barn entertainment venue with drinks and appetizers available for purchase. All in all, I enjoy my stays at The Red Caboose Motel and will return."

"Came for our yearly visit! Always a good stay. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired this stay but everything is always clean. The restaurant is still closed due to a fire on 2023, but is open to guests for breakfast on the weekends. We received coupons for the bakery/cafe across the street which has delicious apple fritters! "

They were attentive, helpful, and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we needed. You could tell they love working there, and that energy made all the difference. Rooms & Cleanliness Our room was bright, super clean, and full of fun Cartoon Network touches. The bedding, the art, even the TV channels were themed—which the kids loved! Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything fresh during our stay. Food & Dining The food was surprisingly delicious! We had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant, and both meals were great for both kids and adults. Lots of variety, kid-friendly options, and everything came out hot and fresh. Even the snacks and treats were fun and on theme. Activities & Entertainment This was the highlight for the kids! There were interactive games, character meet-and-greets, crafts, and even nighttime outdoor movies. The game hosts were AMAZING—so energetic, playful, and really got the kids laughing and involved. My little ones were in absolute awe the entire time. "

"We have stay in many hotels in the Lancaster area and this is one of the best. Beds are very comfortable. We had a king suite which gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. Breakfast had a good variety to pick from. Coffee all day was a bonus. Pool and hot tub were nice. However, the pool area can be loud when the kids begin to yell. "
