Communal amenities blocks were always clean.
Communal fire we noticed a couple of times. Bit too cold for us to sit outside though.
Staff member we dealt with was pleasant on check in when there was a finance issue through expedia not forwarding funds to cover our stay.

“It was a great place!! We had 2 nights and there was nothing to complain. Close to everything including grampians route ofcourse, warm and tidy inside. I had asked them to change a double bed to 2 single and they did it!! I used barbeque facilities twice and it worked well. Every person at the reception and restaurant were so nice and sweet. You will never regret to choose this motel!!”
