Great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance. Visiting Pompeii's historical ruins is a 20-30 minute walk but you can also get a local bus. The room was modern with a nice outside balcony for the evenings. Parking for two nights at the local garage was 20 euro and the lovely man even opened up early at 6am for us to get to the airport. However, the train station is also just around the corner to get back to Naples. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for easy access to bars and restaurants in the evening but also somewhere that is far enough off the main road so it isn't noising at night.

Abbiamo passato qualche giorno di vacanza a Pompei e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! L'ospitalità di Davide è stata squisita: presente ma discreto, sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. La posizione della struttura è centralissima, comoda sia per raggiungere il sito archeologico che per le passeggiate e lo shopping in città. Una sistemazione veramente confortevole, con un letto comodissimo che non fa rimpiangere per nulla quello di casa. Ve lo consiglio vivamente e spero di tornarci quanto prima!

The host was very responsive on messages, checked in with me and would recommend places to eat, sights to see and would help with any requests and questions. The B&B was a highlight of my trip and I looked forward to going back every evening.

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to make an exception this time for B&B Colore Verace! This place is absolutely amazing and the owners were spectacular. I would give it a 10 star rating if possible! This B&B is right in the heart of the main area of Pompeii and everything is within walking distance. The Archaeological park is a 9 minute walk away and all the restaurants are close by. Speaking of food, you get free breakfast at the Dreamer Bar nearby which consists of a pastry and drink. We had croissants each day that were filled with pistachio cream, and they were the best croissants I’ve ever had. I would stay there again just for those…seriously. The rooms are brand new and spacious. The AC kept the room ice cold, and the beds were very comfortable. We rented 2 rooms one for us and our daughter, and another for our friends. On our last full day there our friends lost their key and the owners went above and beyond to get them a replacement. We have done a lot of traveling the last 2 years and have stayed in some 5 star hotels but I can say with all honesty this is by far the best place we have stayed at so far on our travels. I would highly recommend B&B Colore Verace as you will not be disappointed.

We had a great time at b&b Colore Verace! Great service, very attentive and they accommodate an early checking for us. Breakfast was at a coffee shop right around the corner, amazing croissants! We’ll definitely come back.

Boende och host i toppklass!

Denna vistelse var helt fantastisk! Nyrenoverat, fräscht mitt i centrala Pompei nära allt. Den trevligaste hosten jag har träffat på länge. Han hjälpte till med allt - aktiviteter och resor till andra städer, tips om restauranger och shopping samt ordnade med transport till flygplatsen på morgonen klockan 6pm. Kan rekommendera detta boende för andra.

B&B Colore Verace liegt direkt am Bahnhof Pompei-Santuario und ist damit bequem vom Hauptbahnhof von Neapel aus mit den Zügen von Circumvesuviana erreichbar. Das gilt auch für das sonstige Umland, unter anderem die Ausgrabungsstätten Oplontis und Herculaneum. Die Fußstrecke zum nächstgelegenen Eingang der Ausgrabungsstätte Pompeii ist 700 Meter. Von dort aus fährt auch der Pendelbus zum Vesuv. Damit sind die wichtigsten touristischen Ziele bequem von B&B Colore Verace aus erreichbar, was unbedingt für diese Unterkunft spricht. Das Frühstuck wird nicht im B&B Colore Verace selber angeboten, sondern in einem Café in unmittelbarerer Nähe der Unterkunft. Das Frühstück ist nicht nur in der Auswahl, sondern auch in der im Preis inbegriffenen Menge italienisch. Wer gewöhnt ist, normalerweise ausgiebig zu frühstücken, könnte mit dem Standardfrühstuck etwas zu kurz kommen. Es gibt aber mehr aus ausreichend Möglichkeiten, trotzdem ohne Hungergefühle in den weiteren Tag zu gehen. Davon abgesehen gibt es an B&B Colore Verace kaum etwas anzumerken. Der Gastgeber ist besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und technologisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Das WLAN funktioniert perfekt.

Very convenient location, close to train station, ruin site, shopping/dining centers. Host is super friendly and facility was recently renovated and high tech enabled. Breakfast voucher was offered at a nearby cafe. We had a memorable stay here !

This was a great place to stay, centrally located in walking distance to the centre of town and the archaeological site. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The train station was close by with easy access to surrounding areas. The pictures are exactly as the place looked, clean and pristine.
