โVery large room and bathroom size. Historic building but modern bath and very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. In heat & humidity the 4 blocks seems like a lot especially when dressed for dinner. Stairs to 2nd floor are steep. Overall,...

โThe room very spacious but I loved the most was the incredible attentive staff. From the front desk to the breakfast area, they all seemed happy to be there and we so friendly and helpful. Would totally go back to this hotel. โ
โExemplary beach motel that exceeded expectations. It was clean and smelled very nice on arrival. The room came well stocked with both bath towels and Turkish towels for the beach (which I didn't use, because I brought my own). There was a fridge with plenty of space for some drinks and leftovers, as well as a microwave to heat those leftovers. The room also came with dishes and silverware, a coffeepot, and the motel's very own branded coffee (which was quite good!). King bed was comfortable....
โWe have stayed here before under the previous owners and were equally pleased with this visit. Thankful for the detailed emails for the visit, lovely room, free parking, and delicious breakfast. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and kind. It was a great getaway for us. โ
