Calidad-precio buena. Sin lujos pero limpio, silencioso y muy buen trato del personal. Las almohadas muy altas para mis necesidades. Buen aire acondicionado (te dejan una tarjeta de más para que puedas dejarlo encendido mientras estás fuera -que se agradece un montón-). Minibar para guardar tus cosas (con dos botellas de agua de regalo). Caja fuerte. Baño amplio. Vasos de cristal en lugar de los de plástico se agradecerían. Muy bien ubicado.

The staff was very kind. Our phone charger did not work and they directed us to a shop for a new one. Trastevere restaurant was fantastic. The local bierzo wine is something you should try!

Camino Hotel

Just steps off the Camino de Santiago. Excellent place for peregrinos to take a rest day. Several restaurants adjacent or very close. Templar Castle two blocks away Good neighborhood in the old part of the city. There are two Aroi hotels in Ponferrada. This is the smaller of the two and my personal favorite

En plena plaza mayor, con una ambientación y una vista muy hermosas, consigue ser un excelente lugar de descanso. Doy fe porque en plena noche de Viernes Santo, con toda la plaza llena de gente, no se oía apenas nada dentro de la habitación, gracias al cierre de las ventanas. La calidad del restaurante para la cena fue estupenda, con un servicio rápido y muy amable. El desayuno, muy completo también, incluyendo alimentos para veganos.

Nice enough hotel, better than most along the Camino, but not up to business travelers standard. Room was quite cold, heat did not seem to really work. Shower neither hot nor cold. Breakfast buffet decent, but slow to clear tables and replenish food items.

Este hotel no es sinónimo de descanso en absoluto, a la una de la madrugada se oía todo el griterío de la calle, y a partir de las siete de la mañana no paran de sonar portazos y golpes de otros huéspedes y esa delicadeza que emplean las chicas que hacen habitaciones...corriendo las camas como si no hubiese un mañana, por si fuera poco las campanas de la Iglesia de al lado, suenan cada 15 min!!!! Imposible descansar!!!! El restaurante caro y para una ensalada que tomé tenía más sal que otra cosa...el personal de recepción muy bien y el desayuno también, se puede aparcar cerca en un parking que es gratis...pero aún así no volvería y menos por el precio pagado, he estado en hoteles más baratos y he descansado mucho mejor, que para eso son...
