“The room was a suite, but the A/C was in the bedroom and did not cool the front sitting room. The room in front had a ceiling fan, but it was hot in that room. The A/C performed poorly and sounded like a carwash - constant water hitting the car sound. Next, no cold water in the sink or bath tube. I mentioned this to the desk person the next morning, and he acted like he had never heard that comment - c'mon, they had to have known.”
