Smooth check in service, staff friendly , food was good. Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep Thank ...

Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte.

Tucked away in Eastern Slovenia this property has all the amenities. Great rooms, great staff, excellent pools. Meals were great. Nice golf course although could be better organized. Difficult to follow. Needs better signs.
