"Everything was great except for housekeeping. The sink had 2 hairs in it my entire stay- and it did not belong to me. There was a pool towel that was on the floor until I checked out."

"Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind & accommodating to my request of needing more than one room key. Once entering our room 218, I noticed everything was clean & smelled lovely. The a/c unit kept our room very nice and COLD! The only thing that needs attention is that there was not hot water at the kitchen sink and the faucet was very loose. Loved how comfy the atmosphere & beds were. The bathroom was so nice and had plenty of essentials in the event any were forgotten to pack. I would recommend that pest control be called out due to there were ants EVERYWHERE outside. My son did go to pool to swim, but he got out due to it being filthy. Breakfast was tasty and the times(5:30 am-9:30am) that it was available was very appreciated. Ms. Tiffany was absolutely precious and was always friendly. The other front desk lady (didn't catch her name) was very friendly as well and always had cookies out with a smile on her face. Overall rating would be a 10!"
