Room appears to more than adequate, the check-in was a warm welcome, and the dining room server Leah encouraged me to enjoy an exquisite dinner. Their house red is a Burrowing Owl Cabernet Franc(one of the best of BC wines)!

Nice decor, great shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the pub. There are some small things that could use some attention; the heater didn’t work properly and the TV’s sound is muffled

Great place to stay on the North Island!

Very friendly staff, rooms on the smaller side but clean and modern. The pub was lively during the ball game and really fun. I wish they had a pool and hot tub! Even a small one.

We stayed one night in November for a team hockey tournament. Breezy check in, lovely warm rooms, great staff and a fun atmosphere in the nax'id pub. I wish all tournament hotels were this comfortable. Would stay again in a heart beat. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay, just had one night, very comfortable. Dinner in the pub was wholesome, tasty and the young lady who served us was very friendly. Nice to walk round in Port Hardy.

The front desk staff were amazing, as were the beautiful rooms! Beds and shower were great, room clean, and the check in process pleasant. There is a small gallery upstairs that is worth a visit, and the connected pub has great breakfast options. I checked in around 1am after getting off the ferry from Prince Rupert, and would highly recommend staying here if you're in Port Hardy!
