The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. "We loved the hotel and staff were excellent. It was nice to be welcomed by a glass of champagne and an upgraded room. Breakfast was confusing as we only wanted a minimal breakfast . Not sure if it is right to be charged for parking if you are staying at hotel"
