Excellentes prestations avec un accueil très attentif, j'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement merveilleux et regrette de ne pas avoir pu en profiter davantage compte tenu de mon arrivée tardive 😉. L'appartement, sous les toits, au calme (3e et dernier étage avec ascenseur) était spacieux, confortable avec des services à disposition (café, thé, ...). Lit 160, avec confort +. Grande douche à l'italienne et baignoire ainsi qu'un sauna (que je n'ai pas eu le temps de tester !). Jolie vue sur la mer, au loin. Top. Ravie, je recommande.

De passage entre Vannes et Lorient pour visiter la famille , nous avons passé un tres agreable moment dans une tres jolie ville avec une belle citadelle. Un lieu ou nous reviendrons !!!! L'hotel etait particulièrement plaisant

Port Louis est magnifiquement situé à l’entrée de la rade de Lorient. Citadelle datant de Louis XIII et musée des Indes à visiter. Hôtel familial très bien tenu avec des chambres rénovées.Literie et sanitaires impeccables.Très bon accueil.

Après un accueil déplorable, nous avons finalement obtenu une chambre avec vue sur mer(conforme a l'indication du site hotels.com), mais moyennant un supplément. Les hôteliers souhaitent visiblement que l'on réserve auprès d'eux et non des centrales de réservation (écrit en toutes lettres dans le guide d'accueil et déjà précisé à notre arrivée). Belle chambre. Belle salle de bain. Beau jardin.

Repos raté à Port-Louis

Séjour décevant. L'hôtel est effectivement bien placé avec une bonne literie. Néanmoins nous avons été très déçus par le service. Nous souhaitions être au calme et en sécurité mais entre les travaux dans l'hôtel pour lesquels nous n'avons pas été prévenus (nous avions pourtant appelé l'hôtel avant) et le manque de respect des règles covid (femme de ménage qui passe sans notre accord et nous réveille pendant la sieste, travailleurs dans les couloirs sans masques ...) nous avons eu du mal à profiter de l'hôtel ! De plus, il y avait peu de choix et de conseils pour les repas (en sachant que j'étais enceinte avec des contraintes mais 1 seul choix possible ça limite quand même beaucoup et à nouveau nous n'avions pas été prévenus en avance). Heureusement que le coin était sympa ....

Les chambres sont correctes mais très spacieuses, tout comme la salle de bain. La literie est bonne, les gérants accueillants. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, même si COVID oblige il faille se faire servir.

Cité de mon enfance

Port-Louis est une très belle cité. Dominée par son imposante citadelle à voir absolument. Pas de grosse cocentration de touristes.
