Thanks so muh for a wonderful stay, everything was perfect, friendly staff and facilities. Location was good as we could walk to lots of clubs, cafes, shops etc. We didn't eat at the property but did get coffee there and it was perfect. Would definitely return and do recommend.

Large room overlooking garden (we were offered free upgrade). Onsite restaurant was fine. We ate on the outside deck which was lovely. Pool onsite but we didn’t use. Central location and easy to find. Staff good.

Lovely room

we stayed in a lovely suite overlooking the water. The suite has a lawn area around it and other hotel guests do walk around hotel and suite. So we kept the soft curtains closed for privacy which detracted from the views Can also be a bit noisy when there is music playing in venues opposite the hotel

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back! Check-in was quick and efficient — Georgia at reception was lovely, welcoming us warmly and getting us settled in straight away. Our Waterview room was on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool and spa, and beautiful views. We even had a few friendly lizard visitors on our back porch! The room itself was spacious and perfect for our family of four, with a comfortable queen/king bed and two singles for the children. A lovely touch was the personalised birthday note and complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived — such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel overall was very clean, the staff friendly, and the facilities great. One small point of confusion — the listing mentioned access to a gym, but there wasn’t one on the premises (only nearby access, which could be clearer in the description). Breakfast was simple but sufficient — your typical basics and not too busy, which made it a relaxed start to the morning. The biggest downside for us was the EV charging situation. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised EV chargers, but unfortunately, neither charger worked with our car, and the spots were often occupied by non-electric vehicles. It meant we had to seek out other charging stations during our stay, which was inconvenient after driving up from Sydney. The location is fantastic — walking distance to port, restaurants, shopping centre across the road.

The location was excellent, very close to everything and you can walk everywhere. The parking was so expensive at $25 per day which we thought should be included. The room was nice and clean and the buildin is in great shape with a lovely pool.
