Although we there just for a night, we were happy that we booked in that hotel. Kudos also to th front desk staff who was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is tired. The lobby looks like a throwback, but not in a good, chic way. Among other dated touches in my room, the mattress was lumpy; I had to find a special angle to sleep comfortably. Room service is gone, but the hotel marketing still promotes it. I would never stay in a place where I can't order breakfast, I need to work in the morning. It felt deceptive - plus, the TV interactive hotel services screen promoted their breakfast delivery, the room service number just rang and rang, no pick-up, no message. It's almost as if they've given up on satisfying their guests. And a bit more on the experience - the room windows were very dirty on the outside, that here was a film on the glass so thick that it distorted the view outside. For real, what's going on here.

Good price and lots to do! Good location

There was a convention going on so we were upgraded to the Crockfords. Our stay was AMAZING!!! We did end up in the Conrad our last stay because we had to extend our stay due to a snow storm back home. This was a beautiful facility. The staff was lovely. (Except the lady who answered the phone when I called to ask about the coffee… she was a little short) I’d definitely come back. Oh the breakfast wasn’t that great… but I guess that’s fine….
