โThe reception staff were welcoming and helpful with lots of ideas of things to do during my stay . Both the waiters and cleaners were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and plenty of choice at breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.โ
โSmooth checkin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great breakfast! Twin room suited our needs queen sized beds would have been better but beds were comfortable. 5th floor room quiet. Restaurant used 2 out of 4 nights and food was very good.

โA lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey weโd definitely stay again. โ
โThe general standard of the hotel was first class and the staff could not have been more helpful in every respect. The standard of food in the restaurant was so much better than the local restaurants and the offered a variation to suit everyone. I would find it very hard to fault this hotel. โ
โGreat location! So close to everything: shopping, restaurants, taxis and busses. The room was great, too. Decor all updated. The bed was perfect (on the harder side). Would absolutely stay here again. โ
โVery good hotel. Room well equipped and quiet. Swimming pool and spa area great. A few minutes walk from main street, a bit further away from the port area (but within walking distance).โ

โIf I have a complaint it would be the shower,
Itโs a little unsafe when two 80 year olds climbing into the bath,with no handles for assistance.โ
โThe staff are lovely. Breakfast was very good. We had a sea view room, which was great ( opening patio windows). The bus stop is nearby and the service is regular. M&S food around the corner. Great value for money. โ
โWe had a wonderful stay at Norfolk Hotel! It was very clean and cozy and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it and plan to stay there again for our next visit to St Helier. โ

โNothing to dislike about the Norfolk Lodge hotel. Staff were pleasent. Rooms were good standard. A lot of food options including the Bar meu and the buffet style dinner. A lot of options at breakfast including a selection of meats. Overall an excellenr place to stay. Would highly recommend.โ
