"I had difficulty calling for a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. However, when the shuttle did arrive, the driver was most helpful and congenial. The room was spacious but there was no hand soap at the sink and only a pouch of makeup remover. I have an early departure, so will miss breakfast, but I was told there will be a snack bag instead. A nice touch."
