Don’t stay here. No services (bar restaurant closed); construction going on in adjacent part of the building, noisy in my room. No service for the room. No hot water for 24 hours, something was wrong with the boiler. Even though I was on the 4th (top) floor, I could hear all the drug addled street people off and on all night. Don’t stay here.

The property is mid. I get the vintage vibe but this is just bordering on old now. Overall an ok stay but plenty of other places to stay for the money.

We love Ace Hotel! Really nice people at front desk. PDX has seen better times (COVID and Trump’s invasion didn’t help.) But, it’s still one of favorite places to visit. Just need to not leave stuff in your car, bc if anything of value is visible-theft is a possibility. My kid learned the hard way. But despite that-I’d highly recommend Ace Hotel. And their shampoos and soaps smell nice too! Thanks

We love the Ace Hotel. Staff is always super nice and the location is great, right near our favorite Powell’s and there’s a cinema across the street. Portland has been hurting since COVID and Trump’s attacks against the city, and you need to be careful not to leave stuff in your car, but it’s still one of our favorite places to visit (despite their soccer team-Go Sounders;)

The staff are nice and helpful, the thing we payed through Expedia like $100 something a night. We came to check in and they told us there was an additional $135 charge. When I asked for what they simple stated “hidden fees.” Oh okay? Also when it says “breakfast included,” there was legit 3 bananas, 2 types of cereal and milk. Like deadass. I took a picture idk if I’ll be able to upload it. Also we booked the cheapest room and it didn’t have a bathroom, which for $250 a night I didn’t expect that but I should of doubled checked. That ones on me. Oh btw the stairs are really squeaky and old, the hallways and room smelt like old people. It’s just a really old “remodeled” building and what I mean it’s like someone gave it the “landlord special” where they just painted over outlets and doorknobs, instead of getting them fixed.
