Rooms are nice, staff for the hotel is friendly. The view on the river side is perfect for relaxing. But Breakfast coupon isn't worth it. The waiter actually seemed upset towards me for using it. The bar and restaurant staff interactions varies depending on person working.Both are expensive for what is offered.

Have stayed here several times over the years. Great location, and views of the river. Rooms are very generous in size, and clean. However, things have been sliding downwards ever so slowly. Staff if no longer as helpful as they used to be, and the on-site restaurant is no longer a decent place to eat. It is understaffed, overpriced, and the food quality leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because the place used to be really awesome, and is still decent for the most part.

Had room service daily. Restaurant is open till 11 and there’s an outdoor area if you smoke. Felt more like a resort than regular hotel. Hot tub could be hotter but it was decent and open till 10. Price was great
