It was nice to be right in the walkable area, and the rooms were lovely and comfortable. They had snacks, coffee, and water available on each floor, which was a nice touch!

Our experience at the hotel was delightful. The room matched its description and was very clean. Having traveled extensively, we found the check-in and check-out process to be the smoothest and quickest we've encountered. The staff exceeded our expectations in ensuring our stay was flawless. Its proximity to the Cross Insurance Arena, just a 2-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. Although parking is valet only at $45/night (as of early 2024), the process was seamless both upon arrival and departure. Rarely do I leave reviews, but this establishment truly impressed me, and I look forward to returning.

Loved this hotel!! Coffee station with snacks on the floor was very convenient. Location perfect to walk everywhere. Hotel common areas were decorated beautifully. Will stay here every time I’m in Portland.

My only complaint was with the bartender. We got there 15 minutes before closing and it was hard to get her attention. She was busy closing up. She told us it was last call, served us and then disappeared. Other people came in a few minutes later and could not be served.

When we arrived we asked about parking at the valet station. The guy was nice but stated there was off street parking and other garages that charge 45 $ or more and they (this hotel)had valet for the same price. I found out the next morning my car wasnt even in the garage as the horel but in thier 'overflow' garage. That would have been nice to be made aware of. Upon arrival at the front desk the lobby area was beautiful and clean. The desk clerk was very nice. After findjng our room we opened the room to a funky odor. Not plesant. The bathroom has a deep soak tub! Plenty of hot water! Room was decent size. Little details were missed but it was a warm safe place to sleep. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The charging port/out didnt work on one side of the night stand. When I booked online months prior I believe I booked a different room. But still nice stay.great restaurants and shops near by. Thanks for hostjng.

Woken up by staff @ 6am restocking common area, slamming cabinets and banging boxes. Kept up for 30 minutes. No sound gaskets on room door so could hear every other guest walk by on the hardwood corridor floors. Concierge waived valet fee for inconveniences and otherwise staff was friendly and facility was clean and well furnished
