Hospedagem boa, porém quarto achei um pouco pequeno. O atendimento da recepção foi ruim. Foi solicitada uma nota fiscal com os nomes dos hospedes, para fins de reembolso e ignoraram toda instrução fornecida e emitiram errada, com apenas um nome. Foi solicitada a correção e até agora (depois de 3 dias da reclamação), não enviaram a NF. Total descaso, mesmo sabendo que tinhamos prazo.

O ar condicionado central estava ligado no frio na primeira noite, então o quarto estava gelado. Não havia placa para dizer que não queria serviço de quarto naquele momento, então a camareira ficou fazendo pressão para limpar ainda de manhã. Não havia lugar adequado para colocar mala. Considero a relação custo-benefício boa, mas para ficar por mais dias acho que não vale a pena

Alguns inconvenientes!

Hospedagem razoável! Senti falta de um mensageiro no hotel, o ar condicionado si saia ar quente, o temo esquentou e tive que abrir as janelas, além disso ao sair do hotel uma senhora estava a limpeza impedindo a saída, o chão estava molhado e havia balde e vassoura no caminho que eu mesma tive que afastar para poder sair do hotel !

I had a really good time staying in this hotel. Excellent place with breakfast included, taxis were called whenever I needed one, the hotel staff were all kind, especially Thiago. Excellent service.
