The room and bathroom size were very nice. Everything is so modern, we loved this. Nice breakfast and he restaurant was nice as well. Close to the airport.

There was no running water - after a 13 hour flight I couldn’t take a shower. Called front desk and they said they’d look in the morning to fix it. Not acceptable. Next day still wasn’t working. Couldn’t brush teeth or even use toilet to flush. We checked out early

Expectativa maior que a experiencia

Pela fama do hotelz esperava bem mais. Entrando no quarto algo que nao afeta na comodidade, mas sim na estetica, foino teto do quarto ser de cimento bruto. Entrandk no banheiro estava fedendo esgoto, acredktk wue estava vindo da saida de ar do banheiro. Oitra decepção foi o café da manhã. Precisei aguardar quase 10 minutos ate o pessoal da cozinha trazer pratos e talheres. Pessoal da cozinha nao estava vencendo abastecer o buffet e isso que nem tinha tanta gente tomando café naquele horario. Estava faltando muita coisa. Cafeteira nova e a funcionaria não sabia utilizar a mesma e acabei ficando sem café. A expectativs foi muito maior que a experiencia. Espero voltar e ter uma segjnda opiniao.

Quarto na rodovia

Não fique nos quartos da coluna 16. Estadia foi ruim porque o quarto fica de frente para a rodovia e o barulho era intenso. Acordava às 04:00 da manhã com a circulação dos carros e caminhões. O hotel precisa colocar janelas acústicas nesses quartos. Além disso o quarto era para cadeirante e não tem box no chuveiro o que deixava o banheiro todo molhado. Pedi para trocar de quarto umas 3 vezes mas não consegui.

Falta uma supervisão no cafe da manhã, inicialmente a suqueira estava sem suco de laranja, depois a maquina de cafe estava faltando insumos e a copeira respindeu que estava com problema desde cedo ate que veio um outro funcionario e colicou cafe, leite e chocolate. Neste interim faltou leite na termica. Uma unica termuca de leite e pouco para tantas pessoas. Horario 9h do dia 25/02
