The staff is unbelievable nice. If you need to leave early, before breakfast starts, don’t worry. They will have fresh coffee and warm pão de queijo beginning 3am. Nice room, comfortable bed, great shower.

When you arrive, the first impression is that it’s a good hotel. However, upon check-in they charged a 50-real fee that wasn’t mentioned before. The bed sheets were smaller than the bed, and the hotel management didn’t help to solve the issue. During breakfast, one of the staff members started flirting with my girlfriend while I was getting food. Overall, my experience was really bad, and I will never come back. I hope other guests have a better experience than I did.

It was perfect for a layover in Porto Alegre. Very close to airport/car rental company. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly and attentive. Room booked was perfect ,bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely book again. Great value for money
