Good place to stay for a few days. The room is small, however it is pretty and modern. Breads were old, but the variety was good.

Excellent service and very friendly staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping. The location is great to explore the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, which is filled with interesting cafes and restaurants. If you’re into fitness, the park across the street is great for running, and the hotel is next door to a CrossFit box (called Open,) where you can work out while enjoying a view to the park.

Some of the stuff was not friendly. Didnt give solution or willing to help with the noise on the apartment above Didnt fix the water in the tap Didnt give alternative to the room door that couldnt be locked. Really horrible, was not like that the last time I stayed there

Condições muito piores daquelas ofertaras no site. Limpeza deficiente, mobiliário mal cuidado, condições gerais bastante ruins. Pelo preço cobrado há opções bem mehores, inclusive na região. Ponto positivo é a localização.

Recentemente me hospedei neste hotel e a experiência foi bastante positiva de forma geral. Desde a chegada, a recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as solicitações. O check-in ocorreu de maneira rápida e organizada, o que já proporcionou uma boa primeira impressão. As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas e transmitem sensação de conforto, com áreas comuns limpas, decoração agradável e ambientes que favorecem o descanso. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo espaço adequado, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade, além de um sistema de climatização eficiente. O banheiro, por sua vez, estava higienizado, contava com chuveiro de boa pressão e amenidades suficientes para uma estadia tranquila. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos, com boa variedade de itens, incluindo opções de pães, frutas, sucos e pratos quentes. A reposição era constante e o atendimento da equipe do restaurante também se destacou. Outro aspecto positivo foi a localização do hotel, próxima a pontos de interesse, restaurantes e meios de transporte, o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos. Decadente e pedindo socorro. Fuja.

Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel. Me decepcionei com as condições recentes dele : cortinas mofadas, janelas com marcos quebrados, toalhas rasgadas, água que não esquenta. Lâmpadas queimadas. Ar condicionado que não obedece o controle. Num dos dias, não colocaram toalhas. Faltam processos. Falta zelo. O atendimento da equipe é ótimo. Wifi é OK. Cadeira de trabalho no quarto está capenga, O Café da manhã é completo e bem reposto. O estacionamento funciona bem e é pago. Pedi nota ou recibo após pagar: "vão mandar por e-mail". Nunca chegou. Soube que vão mudar de bandeira. Tomara que melhore. A localização é incrível. Não é barato. Tem muita coisa melhor por menos. Não voltarei se não reformar e mudar.

A estadia foi muito boa e tranquila. Hotel muito bem localizado. O único ponto negativo foram os vizinhos de quarto muito barulhentos durante a noite, tarde na madrugada. O que o hotel não tem controle. Como sugestão é de forma a minorar o risco, sugiro que o hotel ponha placas solicitando o respeito ao horário de silêncio aos hóspedes.

O quarto do hotel não é grande, mas a cama é confortável e tem TV a cabo. Um ponto positivo é o fogão, pia e microondas, além da geladeira com freezer. Mas poderia haver uma panela e talheres para usar a cozinha. Um detalhe anedótico foi que a arrumadeira deve ter jogado no lixo uma sacola com algumas fatias de pão, farinha, cacau e pão de mel, na bagunça do quarto.
