Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos. Esquecemos uma mala no hotel e ao entrar em contato com o mesmo, eles foram totalmente solícitos ao nos enviar e todos os pertences estavam do jeito q colocamos dentro da mala. Um ponto negativo é que não informam no site que o estacionamento é pago diariamente, e a diária custa R$32,00 (por dia). Mas no geral é um bom custo benefício.

O quarto parece que não foi lavado ou limpo da forma que deveria, quarto com cheiro forte, ar condicionado com cheiro forte, chão estava “pregando” surpreendeu de forma negativa. Sinceramente não gostei do quarto, apetência de velho e o meu estava com o chão sujo, o banheiro eu não tive nem a coragem de tomar banho, pois aspecto de sujo, fiquei com nojo. Acredito que seja por ser um hotel que fica localizado junto a rodoviária e ali o local parece ser meio perigoso e desleixado.
