“The location was perfect, in the hill above Porto Karras and Neos Marmaras surrounded by pine and olive trees and vineyards. Peaceful, beautiful apartment, modern with all the amenities. Effie is an exquisite host and very helpful and kind. Away from crowds but very close to the action and beautiful beaches especially Toroni. It has my highest recommendation.”

“Die Unterkunft wirkt von innen besser als von außen. Schwierig war allerdings die Kommunikation. Ich wollte noch etwas klären und rief an da der vereinbarte Rückruf nicht kam. Da leider nur der Besitzer Englisch spricht (war nicht vor Ort) und die Tochter nur etwas Englisch. Ich sprach mit der Tochter als diese aber nicht verstand was ich wollte, sprach sie griechisch mit jemand anderem und am Ende sprach”

Guest relations are brilliant at helping with taxi reservations, horse riding bookings to recommending places to eat in the 2 two towns a 15 mins away by taxi either side of the hotel. “We had the most amazing stay at Ekies, I honestly can’t fault anything. The room was huge, spotlessly clean and stunning in design. “budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud.”
