This studio has good and bad points. Good points are that it is close to transport, being a few minutes walk from a metro stop to take you straight into the historic centre in minutes. It is also walkable to the historic centre if you are fit, 30 minutes. The area is quiet and safe. There are a few restaurants and shops nearby. The studio was generally clean. It is well equipped with good air conditioning, a washing machine and dishwasher. However it is a basement studio on floor minus 1 which we didn't know. The studio was much smaller than we thought as the size quoted on Expedia includes the large outdoor terrace. The shower wasn't sealed properly so the shower room kept flooding. The bidet was unusable as sandwiched between the shower and sink. There is just one mirror in the bathroom with no light above it so that made dressing difficult. The main problem is the dreadful smell throughout, it may be a drain problem or damp. All of our clothes and luggage have been left with that smell which hasn't left, 3 days after checking out. There are bigger and better apartments in the building so I wouldn't recommend this one although it has good points as mentioned.
