Fabulous stay ... loved it

Lovely stay, early check in, as room was ready. Room was clean and just as described. Pool and area could do with a little upgrading but didn't affect our use. Good location, and quiet area. Very pleasant staff.

Lovely apartment. Spacious and clean. Modern design and located juicy outside of the hustle and bustle. 10 minute walk to shopping area and metro. 25 min walk to Ribeira Square. The apartment has an elevator which really helps. Staff were amazing and able top give us earlier access. The only downside is the shower. Very little power and a bit difficult to navigate. Not a deal breaker by any means. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect stay in Porto

This is a great Hotel! Very clean and very quiet. Perfect accommodation for a Porto City trip. Nice garden, perfect for relaxation after returning from the busy city. Btw one of the best breakfast ever! Joana and her team are doing a great job!

Fabulous Apartment near everything

The apartment had its own washer, dryer, and kitchenette but no pots, pans, or utensils for cooking. It seems that it is at the top of the hill, so hire an Uber to deliver you there instead of wearing yourself out hauling luggage. Lovely city, great people, artwork, buildings, you are close to everything.

Fantastic Stay

Incredible nice appartement, almost New York penthouse style. Everything new, super clean, every thing worked and nice selection of art as docoration. Nice pool and garden. Very good service from host couple that among others arranged transportation from the airport, luggage storage the last day, pool access after checkout and cooled grab'n go water. Only a short walk to city center and river. If i ever return to Porto i would check for available room here.

Our favourite thing was the room and the outdoor area. We had a standard loft with a street view and it was a great size. The outdoor area was very quiet a great space to relax in after a day in the city. We didn’t use the pool but it didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while, there were quite a few leaves floating on it which let it down as the rooms were really clean. The hotel was further away from the main sites than we thought (about 20 minutes walk to the main sites in Porto, 30 minutes walk from the river) but we didn’t mind the walk at all as there was lots to see on the way. We also got a really cheap taxi on night when we didn’t feel up to the walk so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall we’d really recommend the hotel for a great value relaxing stay. Porto the city was fantastic too!

Everything would have been fine except the check in. We (family of 4) arrived to a cold and unprofessional staff member. She questioned why we only had 2 people on the reservation. I said why would we book a 3 bedroom suite for 2 people. She said it would have cost more if I said for 4 people. I did say I had emailed the day of the booking once I realized I had booked for 2 people. In the end, I said I would pay the difference. She only charged us extra for the daily tax amount. However, the damage was done. Working in human services, there is a way to talk to people (including body language/non verbal gestures), especially in customer service. We definitely did not feel welcomed upon our check in.

This was a lovely room for our needs. It was clean and comfortable and furnished to a good standard. We were able to go into the room early which was a great help after catching an early morning flight. The reception team were helpful both before the stay through messages and throughout the stay. Trevligt och fräscht lägenhetshotell med pool på gångavstånd från Portos centrala delar. Rekommenderar att boka den fina frukostbricka då det är ca 10 min promenad till matbutiker och restauranger.

Die Räume wurden nicht gereinigt. Das Appartmement hatte keine 110 m² wie angegeben. Es sei denn, man hat den Balkon mit eingerechnet.
