It was a lovely stay. The hotel room was very comfortable and had everything we needed plus a brilliant sea view, the hotel was well placed, clean and very smart. The pool and jacuzzi was sadly closed in the middle of our stay but staff arranged for us to go and use their sister hotels pool and jacuzzi which was even better! The staff were great, welcome drinks and a little gift to leave with. Breakfast was very nice with a huge amount of choice too. I would very much stay here again if I visited Madiera.

We had such a lovely staff. The staff was wonderful and welcoming with so much information to all of my questions while checking-in with a lovely welcome drink. We were super impressed with the breakfast serving freshly made waffles and pancakes. The ocean view from our room was amazing! We were also very impressed at how late the amenities stayed open which was fantastic after a long day of hiking.

The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the window allowed us to keep it open at night to listen to the sound of the waves. However, the town itself felt quite touristy, offering a limited variety of restaurants.

Nice clean hotel in Porto Moniz. We stayed here for two nights. The hotel restaurant food was of high quality, abit on the expensive side. The hot tub was nice to warm down for the day.

We loved staying at this hotel. The food was wonderful and the swimming pools were great. I also had a very relaxing massage in the spa. It was a brilliant experience to swim in the nearby lava pools ! We had a wonderful balcony room with sea view. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at the Aqua Natura Bay in Porto Moniz. The infinity pool has an spectacular view of the North side of the island. Rooms were clean, beds and pillow were comfy. Delicious breakfast included. The only thing I would like to point out is the parking limitation. However, they offered to pay for parking outside the hotel property. This property is right across from the aquarium and one of the natural pools. I am definitely planning to stay here next time I visit the Northwest side of Madeira.
