We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.

The hotel is okay, the staff however were very unpleasant when we checked in. They argued with us that we even had a reservation there and only after insisting several times that we had a reservation did they check and saw we did. They didn’t seem to want us to be there.
