Sunset Manor will not see me again

Since I stepped in, I received an unfriendly vibe. The layout of the room not nice, steps down to bathroom. Bed uncomfortable. Owner not friendly and welcoming. Did not have a good experience, will not stay here in future.

My stay was excellent, Ben the owner is such a beautiful soul and so caring. we loved the place and will definitely go back . I was disappointed with Hotels.com sending negative feedback on my behalf that I didn't know of, this is poor and unnecessary act and pressure to the host. I value integrity and refrain from doing such as a third party.

Everything was really super. I would just suggest the guesthouse not combine twin beds to make a ‘King’ bed. The matresses could also use a replacement in Room 4. Other than that, the place is palatial. Loved every moment!

Lovely stay

It was a lovely stay, the only complain is that from rooms 5 and 6 you can hear every movement of our neighbor in room 4 above your head. The A/C was a little tricky so my co-worker in room 5 said they same, you either were hot or cold, it was hard to get it sorted out. Otherwise it was a great stay and the staff were lovely.
