I had an excellent experience overall. The only glitch you may not know about is it was difficult to get cold water at night or hot water in the morning. That problem may be exclusive to occupants of the 4th (top) floor. I know if you are aware, it will be resolved. I really liked the stay and would gladly stay again. The staff was delightful!

Excellent . We checked in late last minute stay Staff very helpful. Courteous. My only complaint is I called main number for Holiday Inn and was not offered a lower rate when I asked for one. I hung up and went online to Hotels.com and found a cheaper rate! Amazing that they can"/won't do a discount over the phone. Breakfast was good. Be careful in the bathtub!
