“Beautiful property, loved the private outside sitting area and the beaches! Our favorite beach was the 2minute walk from property, bigger, calm waters, saw 2 devil rays in the surf. Host was very friendly and helpful. No restaurant on property but does have full kitchen.Note: beach in front of hotel is not private and gets busy, loud at times with ATV tours. “I really liked the hotel. Especially the two large pools—one with saltwater and the other with fresh water.”

“El lugar, el apartamento, la decoracion, la comodidad de las camas todo super super bien. La cercania con todo fue formidable y la seguridad tambien. Volveria sin ninguna duda si me toca ir por esas playas de nuevo.”

“Great place for complete relaxation!”

I tried to have them fix it a couple of times explaining the dangers with no help. I just turned off the heater during the stay. If we hadn't this experience I would rate the hotel 20/10 but them not being helpful with this...
