"Super emplacement, pour les balades et rando en famille. La chambre était très bien et propre. Il y avait juste le pommeau de la douche qui mérite un bon détartrage ou un changement directe. Pour le reste, les embarcations pour aller sur le lac ne sont pas toutes jeunes et c'est 1er arrivé, 1er servis."

"Bons points : Chambres propres et grandes, prises USB pour chargement près du lit, personnel accueillant offrant du service même en pleine nuit. Points d'amélioration : Le stationnement manque d'espaces et on a été obligé de stationner un peu n'importe où sur le gazon, indications de stationnement peu claires. Particularité : On semble m'avoir donné une chambre pour handicapés, malgré que je ne le suis pas. Je ne sais pas si c'est voulu, ou si c'est une erreur."

"We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk. Additionally, upon accessing our tent the access code provided was incorrect. While we enjoyed our stay, and have returned to this location for four summers, we have found that for the annual increase in price the quality of service/accommodation has declined. Great place for families, however! Beautiful location!"

"Endroit magnifique pour se reposer et admirer la nature. Nous sommes amateurs de vélo. Il y a un local sécurisé pour entreposer nos vélos. Il y a un très grand choix de pistes cyclables près de l'hôtel. Après une journée de vélo, la détente dans la piscine chauffée était appréciée. Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuné à base de bagel. L'endroit invite à la détente et le personnel est très courtois."
