“The room was ok for an overnight stay but any longer and it needs comfy seats, not just a bed, to sit on. The curtain had been pulled off the rail on one side, so did not close easily, but the bathroom was roomy and very clean! The staff are delightful - very professional and helpful... They clearly like dogs at The Godolphin and accommodate them with flair! We sometimes feel dogs are just tolerated, though not here.....!! The food was just ok.... (dare I say even disappointing) the single...

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. “Really enjoyed our stay at Kernow cottage. It’s a cosy yet spacious and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk to the harbour. It’s in a quiet part of the village so we weren’t disturbed by cars or people passing during the night. Loved the personal touch of the family history and story of Kernow Cottage in the hallway!”
