9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,002 reviews)
Property is located in a perfect area. We used the concierge a few times. The biggest negative is the temperature in the rooms. I turned down the heat to 15 Celsius and we were still baking in the heat.
Everything else was wonderful but if you cannot sleep because you are roasting, and cannot sleep, not a good thing.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.
