"Very nice hotel , wonderful location the views from our room were spectacular,well located to spend your time exploring the area , we took in the one restaurant dinner and service were excellent , the breakfast buffet was good , our last morning the buffet was busy and our service was none existent , no coffee or even a request for any the half hour we ate. This should not happen at a luxury hotel. One evening the main lobby bar Azur was in disarray ,service was very poor. The food once received was very good. We advised them and their service recovery was much appreciated. If we are ever in that part of the world again we would definitely stay here. The positives outweighed our couple of negative interactions. There front concierge was outstanding a shout out to them"

"We were welcomed by a very helpful member of the hotel staff and were really pleased to find out our apartment was on the top floor, where the views were amazing. Comfortable beds and lovely shower. The only suggestion we have about the place is, they should update their kitchen, as it looked a bit tired but nevertheless was equipped with everything that you needed. We will defiantly come back, also one morning we had breakfast and it was nice and reasonably priced."
