"The hotel was nice, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we paid for a deluxe room hoping for a good night's rest. There were two or three families surrounding us who kept their doors open and yelled and cackled all night long. At four in the morning their small children were running up and down the halls, yelling at the top of their lungs. Apparently, we had an adjoining room with one of them, and the crack under the door made their rude behavior even louder. I'm not sure I'd try the hotel again, given that they pay no attention to the noise level in the middle of the night."
