Our room was clean and clearly had been remodeled within the last few years. The young man working the front desk when we checked in Friday night was incredibly friendly and helpful. The young lady running breakfast Saturday morning was amazing! Our volleyball team was staying there for a tournament, and she helped the girls with the pancake machine, brought around fresh bacon and was serving it, and made sure everything was stocked and clean. My only complaints are that the stairwell reaked of cigarette smoke, and the rooms were not very sound proof (we could hear our neighbors’ microwave beep), but everything else was great!

We had 2 rooms on our reservation. We had to have the key cards reset once on the 1st room and twice on the 2nd room. Although I do understand that the hotel probably does not offer full room service on 2 night stays, we did not receive any clean towels/wash clothes or coffee supplies. I had to go to front desk to ask for them. I was also denied an extra pillow. The front desk attendant said that they do not keep extra pillows. Mind you that the hotel was less than half full the night I had asked for it. Also, the elevator had to be reset almost every time we used it & our elderly parents were forced to use the stairs most of the time. Our rooms were on the 4th floor. The room was very clean upon arrival & the beds were comfortable to sleep in. I probably won’t stay there next year when we have our regional wrestling tournament.
