"Les photos sont plus beaux que les lieux physiques. Entres autres, les photos donnent illusion que la plage est relié avec l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas le cas. Il fallait traverser la rue pour aller à la mer de l’autre côté et il n’y avait aucun parasol à notre disposition pour le soleil et même si on en avait, il y avait peu de place pour se placer au bord de la place. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement car en passant la main on constate la poussière. Les balcons ne sont pas nettoyés. Nous avons...

"The rooms and hotel interior were nice, but the hotel is new and not yet ready to receive guests. The rooms had a sewage smell, the air conditioning did not work properly at night, and the electricity kept going on and off. The internet was also not working on the first day. Some staff members were extremely kind and helpful, especially with arranging taxis, and they tried to compensate us for the inconveniences. However, others seemed indifferent to our complaints."
