Toen het uitgeklapt was bleek het een hobbelige pijnbank met een flinterdun matrasje te zijn. De chatbot reageerde via Whatapp binnen 3 seconden op onze klacht en was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. โLocated just outside St Moritz in a nice town. We had dinner just down the street, a fabulous breakfast in the hotel and left for the Bernina train back to Italy. Would love to explore Switzerland more in the future. The hotel is classy and elegant with great views and just a quick bus to downtown St Moritzโ

โDas Hotel ist wunderschรถn und aufwendig restauriert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schรถn und das Bad modern eingerichtet. Gegen Ende der Saison waren nicht mehr sehr viele Gรคste da. Dennoch gab es ein vielfรคltiges Frรผhstรผcksbuffet. Fรผr das Abendessen empfiehlt sich je nach Saison eine rechtzeitige Reservation in einem der Restaurants im Ort.โ
โThe hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel.โ
