Love the style of the property. Everything is in excellent condition and th shower was awesome and bed comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ingrid is a delightful host. She made us feel very much at home. We stayed in the Northern Exposure room, which was delightfully decorated in the style of the Pacific North west. All the exacting touches decorating the room alone were worth the stay. I have wanted to stay in Jerome ever since I passed through it many years ago, and was pleased by this opportunity. It is a delightful historical town, well worth a visit.

Kitchen to make meals, great views. Nice new accommodations. Liked the direct TV. Kids loved it. Only complaint Was grounds need more landscape maintenance (grass mowed) and game room was pretty pathetic. Liked the variety of amenities, but they were kind of run down. Still had fun!

The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly! The room was scented and had to be aired out. The advertised “suite” was really not a suit at all. Very old motel with a musty old smell in the kitchen of the “suite”. I went and cleaned the entire room with Clorox wipes. The amount of dust bunnies and dirty surfaces were abundant. Didn’t turn on the a/c because the filter was coated with dirt and dust! Thankfully there was a fan and we had it running all night. Along with a bathroom...

The staff were friendly. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Great one night getaway with the family. The pool was clean and warm for the kids to swim. Room very clean and comfy with a beautiful shower. Breakfast was above average.

I am a clean freak especially when it comes to dining and sleeping, this place was spotless. Great romantic quite atmosphere. Most places places we stay in its either you get good food, good room or nice hotel, This place has it all. The food was delicious the serving staff was super nice and very friendly, think my wife wanted to take the busboy home with her. The owner is on site to help you with all your needs and cares about customer service in everything she does, from the decor, the music...

The lodge and its surroundings are beautiful. Convenient to hikes and restaurants but also situated further in the mountains so it's more quiet and scenic. Shuttle service is great. Highly recommend.

My room was clean. The staff was amazing!!

The newly renovated hotel was amazing. Debora at the front desk was the most delightful lady. We love her. We recommend having a microwave to heat the pastries, a heater in the beautiful library in order to enjoy more in winter months and two heaters in suites with two rooms. It’s way too cold to have one.
