"Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, very helpful staff. However the 18% service charge automatically added to the breakfast buffet is outlandish. This is not the gratuity for staff; that's extra. So a breakfast buffet for 2 people totaled $103. Outrageous. Also they have a "gift shop" which consists of chips, pretzels bottled drinks. Very disappointing, Westin. "

Staff was friendly and professional Pool was refreshing and balcony in our room was really enjoyable Nice to have coffee and tea available When we come back Dauphine Hotel will be our choice it is a perfect location in the French Quarter "

"This hotel was located centrally to our trip both for the French Quarter and food. JazzFest transport busses came directly to the front door. Very convenient that Cafe Beignet is connected to the hotel as this is where we ate before heading to the JazzFest each morning and had wonderfully fresh beignets later in the evening when we felt hungry. Hotel staff were very friendly as are most people in New Orleans. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice view of the Riverside from our room. Liked the bar and music that were located in the front lobby. Wonderful stay."
