Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed.
