Super friendly owner and was awesome about my late check in (12:30am) due to trains being behind. Really cool place and very comfy bed. There was coffee and tea in the morning to make which was really nice. Would recommend %100!
The woman that normally runs the B&B was away and we mostly worked with her grandson. The grandson was not full of confidence, but he was able to do what needed to be done. The setup was pretty much self running with a combination lock on the front door, a self serve kitchen in the common area and a kitchenette in our room. Colleen gave us a map of the city and directions. At breakfast time he was able to get up early and cater breakfasts to early departuring European and American guests.
If you like the color green, the decor will hug you. The bed was goldillox perfect.
Book this room on Expedia, received confirmation. Upon arrival to Prince Rupert was told by owner that she overbooked. She said Expedia should of contacted me...I spoke to her after booking the room. I don't believe she told or communicated with Expedia. She gave me a paper map with locations of other B&B's and hotels. I had just driven 12 hours and it is 7 pm at night.. did I mention I had a confirmation Number? Was not happy, thus the poor rating.
We booked our stay online and were very impressed with our stay at The Enchanted Rainforest B and B. There was nothing that was too much trouble for Cindi and her grandson Colin. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our only regret was that we were only there for one night.
we landed off the ferry at Prince Rupert and found the bed and breakfast quite quickly it was close by. Colin told us of a great seafood restaurant to eat at and it was absolutely delicious. lovely place
Prince Rupert has very tired looking hotels and inns. We felt we had been very lucky to have booked the Rainforest B and B. It is shining clean, neat, comfortable and Cindy and Colin are both nice and helpful and respectful of privacy. If you wish suggestions or help they are ready. If you wish quiet, you have it.
Delicious breakfast, quiet neighborhood and strong security. One can enjoy this 'home away from home' very much.
This was a lovely B&B, conveniently located between the ferry port and downtown. The room was beautiful, immaculately cleaned and very smart. Cindy and Colin are very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!
We were greeted by Collin, Cindy's grandson, a very pleasant young man. The B&B is recently renovated. Large rooms, love her choice of color schemes in each room. New mattress' and bedding, linens in bathroom. Common area was large, comfortable with a full kitchen if you want to cook to eat in. Cindy was very knowledgable about the area and recommended Dolly's Seafood restaurant for our supper. We walked around the shops, checked out the fishermen and their catches. Ate at Dolly's, best Dungeness Crab I've ever eaten, vegetables were sautéed to perfection. Husband had baked halibut and was very pleased. Cindy fixed us a very light nutritious breakfast of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and toast and Greek Yogurt. Collin was a very attentive server before he left for school. When we arrived, he also helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Definitely recommend Enchanted Forest B&B to everyone.
