"The room was surprisingly outdated compared to the grounds and outside appearance of most of the buildings. We stayed in the Executive Suite buildings and found them to be dated and in disrepair in several areas. The coffee service in the rooms was equal to a lower end chain hotel, however the price was on that end too. Overall, I would rate it a good value for the money if the outdoor setting is more important to you than a luxury hotel room. The staff overall was very friendly, but, we had housekeeping bang on our door early in the morning while my husband was still in bed because they didn't know which suite had checked out already."

"The hotel was very nice! I reserved a suite. The mattress was very comfortable and I slept well. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool and the homemade breakfast was fantastic. Thank you to the staff at the Princeton, West Virginia Holiday Inn Express!"

"This is consistently an affordable yet clean and well-maintained place to stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant that’s open some evenings (Fri and Sat I believe, maybe other evenings). Safe quiet place to stay!"

"We booked this place because it was a pet friendly accommodation. The room was as described and suited our needs. However BASIC accommodations as we were getting ready for a wedding. Poor lighting, SMALL mirror. ROACHES (I would like to think they were water bugs), and a leaky air condition. Hit with an additional $60 cleaning charge when arriving. Great area, friendly staff when needed. Very clean property. But the little things will probably keep us from revisiting."
