"The location is convenient to walk to town. The first few photos on the Expedia listing show a lovely play park- this is not part of the hotel and is actually 3.5km away. We booked this property as we have a small child, but this property is a series of dreary apartments around a small car park. There is no garden or play area. We booked via Expedia and included in the booking that we have a small child. On arrival we were charged an additional 15 euros for the cot bed. This is ridiculous...

"This hotel was very clean and the staff went above and beyond for us. I told them I am a celiac and they had gluten-free bread for me at the breakfast buffet the next day. As well, the dinner we had at their restaurant was outstanding and the best I had during my 2-week trip to Europe. We truly enjoyed our stay. "Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best.
